Paddington Arms Gastro Dishes These are all locally inspired dishes using locally sourced ingredients. Eye fillet of prime beef on mustard mash alongside slowly braised beef shin and roasted vegetables with a red wine jus $36. Pan roasted lamb leg fillet on sautéed potatoes, wilted greens, parsnip croquettes and a light pinot noir jus $35.
